Dynamic planning means planning while always being ready to make changes based on what you learn by observing and analyzing the effects (intended and unintended) of the work you are doing. In this sense, one starts with a plan, but planning never ends.

Usually, dynamic planning begins with establishing an equal partnership between interested parties who bring complementary experiences and skills to the table.

Planning becomes dynamic because iterative Insight Change Cycles produce new information that can be fed back into a preliminary plan to stimulate thinking about new options and directions.
